From WhatsApp conversations to a shared digital home.
A central platform for a business community, bringing public information, member activity and leadership oversight together.

The challenge
The council had no central home for its community, records or future plans. Coordination happened through WhatsApp, making it difficult to keep decisions and ongoing activity organised in one place.
My role
I designed the complete system around how a business council operates, with distinct needs for its chairman, board and members. The work connected the public website with internal community management.
The solution
A live platform where the council can present itself publicly and coordinate its work internally. Membership, events, voting and communication sit within one structured environment, giving leadership a clearer view of council activity.
Key features
- Public-facing council website
- Membership overview and member management
- Separate access for members, board and administration
- Event creation and community activity planning
- Voting and internal communication
- Centralised information and activity visibility for leadership
Selected screens
Captured from the public website on 19 Sep 2026. Private areas are not shown.

The outcome
The council now has a shared digital home for its public presence and internal operations. Its chairman and board can oversee activity in one place, while members have a dedicated platform for participation.
The screens below are from the public website. Member and administration areas are private and are not shown.
